Fantastically located just 250m from the beach. Comprising 3 floors, with majestic areas, Villa Atlantico is a very well harmonized and comfortable eclectic style villa. On the entrance floor, right in front, you will find the living room with air conditioning and glass doors that give access to the outdoor pool. 1 guest bathroom, very well equipped kitchen with an open plan to the dining room, which also has air conditioning and glass doors leading to the pool area with furniture for sunbathing and alfresco dining. Still on this entrance floor we have 1 suite with two single beds, air conditioning and bathroom with bathtub and 2 more suites with double bed, air conditioning and bathtub. On the upper floor there is a balcony with sea views and the double master suite with air-conditioned walking closet and bathroom with shower cabin and corner bathtub. The villa also has a lower floor with a living area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin, an extra bedroom with two single beds and an extra bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed.
Additional information: Maximum capacity 8 adults 1 baby wifi, cable TV and air conditioning. Daily cleaning except weekends and holidays, change of towels once in the middle of the stay and change of sheets for stays of 14 nights or more. 1 Tennis table and possibility of a heated pool on request for an extra €350 per week. A security deposit of €1000 is required up to one day before arrival via credit card
From April to October, a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person, per night is charged. From November to March, the amount drops to €1 per night per person. The tax is payable up to 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.
